Black Ivy Forum
The Black Ivy Forum touches on one of the pillars of the Black Ivy Coalition: unity. As Black students in our universities, we are too familiar with the sentiments associated with entering a space that was not created with Us in mind. Using an open-forum structured meeting, each university will spend time in the fall discussing the condition of the Black community on respective campuses: issues within the Black community, needs that aren’t being addressed by administration, battles that have been fought and ignored for years, etc. Based on the feedback from these meetings and using the platform and unified voice that the Black Ivy Coalition has, we plan to support our Black Ivy communities by aiding in and contributing to their fights for change. It’s easy for university administration to disregard us when there is only one community part of the fight–with the eight communities we plan to bring together, the noise will be too loud to ignore.
This event is designed to be an interactive workshop where each school discusses issues related to space, the cohesion of the Black community, resources, and safety on respective campuses. Students are encouraged to speak freely and honestly about the issues they face and see as a Black person on their Ivy league campus and suggest ways to eliminate or remedy said issues.

Black Ivy Conference
The Black Ivy Conference will be an annual conference meant to support the professional development of Black Ivy students and provide an opportunity for their networking. The goal of the conference is to bring together Black Ivy students and provide an opportunity to network, learn, and the rare opportunity to come together as a Black Ivy League undergraduate community. The location of the conference will change each year to ensure that each Black Ivy League Student gets to experience a conference on at least four different campuses throughout their college experience.
The weekend will consist of major-specific events as well, keynote speeches from notable Ivy League Alumni, a fundraising Gala for charity, and fun events!
More information on the conference coming soon!

Spring Service
As a service-focused organization not only to Black Ivy League undergraduates and alumni but also to the communities that each school respectively occupies, Spring Service is our way of giving back to the communities we subconsciously take from. Each spring, each chapter of The Black Ivy Coalition will be required to host a Spring Service event in collaboration with the service organization they will have fostered a relationship with throughout the year, The type of service events can range from a Block Party to a Fundraising Silent Auction.
Chapters will be having more service events in the future, so make sure to be on the lookout for more information!
